Begin a Conversation

Whether you're planning a quiet escape, a celebration with people you love, or simply wondering what the mountains look like from our terrace in October we'd love to hear from you.

Every detail begins with a conversation.

We don’t do instant checkouts or automated confirmations that feel like receipts. When you write to us, a person writes back. Someone who knows the rooms, knows the seasons, and will take the time to make sure what you’re planning actually fits what you’re hoping for.

Answers, before you ask

A few of the questions our guests most often raise. For anything else, the concierge is always reachable.

What are your check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM noon. If you’re arriving early or need to leave later, just let us know when you write we’ll do our best to make it work, subject to availability. We’d rather you feel unhurried than rushed.

Send us an enquiry through the form above or reach us directly at +91 96224 86799. Once we’ve confirmed availability, we’ll share a booking summary along with a simple payment process. No complicated portals, no chasing automated emails.

We understand plans change especially when travel is involved. Cancellations made more than 7 days before check-in receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days may be subject to a partial charge. For details or specific situations, please speak with our team directly we’ll always try to find a fair arrangement.

Breakfast is included with every room. Our kitchen also serves lunch and dinner, with a menu that changes with the season and draws from both local Ladakhi flavours and broader Indian and continental influences. Private dining experiences can be arranged on request on the terrace, in the garden, or in the suite itself.

Ladakh in winter is extraordinary cold, yes, but extraordinarily still and beautiful. We do operate through select winter months, with our rooms kept warm and our kitchen fully running. Availability is limited in peak winter, so it’s worth reaching out early if you’re considering it. Ask our team and we’ll tell you exactly what to expect for your travel dates.
